Helpful Tips when importing or exporting your pet:
Travel for your pet can be quite stressful for them, especially if they’re still new to the concept and never traveled in a crate before. We recommend that you get the travel box (if you need help picking one out while exporting your pet, we’d be happy to help), that you allow for your pet to familiarize him/herself with it and realise it’s a safe space for them.
There is no rule of thumb as to when a pet should stop eating before traveling, but in general, you should remove food from the night before. Your pet should have access to water before flying out and throughout his/her journey at all times.
