Dr. Fadi Daoud, BVSc, MVSc, MRCVS (Head Vet & Managing Director at AVH) Dr. Fadi is our head vet and the Managing Director at the Australian Veterinary Hospital. He graduated from the prestigious Vet School of Massey University in New Zealand. He is a very experienced surgeon and performs the majority of the complicated operations at the Australian Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Fadi believes that his love and passion for animals is the driving force for his entire enthusiasm as a veterinarian and the power engine for the big smile on his face. “I find a lot of peace and joy in healing those speechless creatures," Dr. Fadi says. His interests at work include ultrasonography, exotics and internal medicine.

Dr. Venetia Veneti, otherwise known to us as Dr. Vanessa comes all the way from Lesvos,Greece.She graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine from the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki. She began her career as a small animal vet in 2009 in Greece. She then moved to the UK in 2014 where she became certified by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Dr. Vanessa has 2 cats of her own at home that she loves to pamper.

Jane Lu has been a part of the AVH team since they first opened their doors in 2011 as the practice manager. Although an accountant by learning, Jane’s love for animals started way back when she was studying at Massey University in New Zealand. She has 2 rescue cats of her own at home, an African Grey parrot and when you visit the clinic in Khalifa City, you can find her rescue cat – Tupac, roaming around the clinic.
Jane does everything from HR roles, staff training, payroll, management and inventory to making sure everyone who goes to AVH is a happy customer.

Kelly has completed an introduction to veterinary nursing course and has a certificate in animal CPR. She has worked with animals since she was 17 years old. She is particularly knowledgeable about exotic birds and small animals. Kelly is extremely passionate about animals and has had a variety of pets her whole life. She currently has a Great Dane, a rescue teacup Yorkie and a rescue cat.
